This policy describes personal information handled when you browse Secret Perks, create an account, contact us or use memberships, credits and referrals.
Information you provide
We process your email address, name and profile details; saved deals and claim history; deal suggestions; and messages sent through our contact form. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information made available by that sign-in service.
Memberships, payments and rewards
Membership and payment records may include the selected plan, payment amount, payment reference, notes and uploaded payment proof. Credit balances, transaction history, coupon use, unlock records and referral attribution are recorded to operate rewards and prevent duplicate or unauthorized activity. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment credentials through the contact form.
How information is used
We use information to operate your account, provide access to offers, review payments and submissions, answer enquiries, administer rewards and maintain security. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate operational interests or follow your consent.
Service providers and external websites
Supabase provides account authentication, database and file storage. Vercel hosts the website; brand artwork may be served through Lovable. Google handles Google sign-in when selected. These providers may process technical information to deliver their services. Deal providers operate separate websites with their own privacy policies. Information may be processed in countries outside your own.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, resolve enquiries, maintain transaction and fraud-prevention records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use access controls for private records and payment proofs; no system can guarantee absolute security. Account deletion may not remove records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Your rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
