Agreement and accounts
By using Secret Perks, you agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Only use the service where you can enter a valid agreement under applicable law. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Third-party offers
Secret Perks lists offers supplied by third-party providers. Each offer is subject to the eligibility, availability, expiry dates and redemption terms shown on its page and by its provider. A listing does not guarantee acceptance, availability or a particular outcome. Transactions with a provider are governed by that provider’s terms.
Memberships and payments
Plan features, prices, currencies, billing intervals and access restrictions are shown before checkout. Where manual payment review applies, membership activates after approval, not merely after submitting proof. Membership expiry and renewal follow the selected plan and account record. Do not assume automatic renewal. Contact support for billing questions; applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Credits, coupons and unlocks
Credits are platform rewards used for eligible deal unlocks; they are not money or a deposit account. The displayed credit cost and eligibility apply before unlocking. Some unlocks are permanent while others have a stated duration or membership requirement. A valid existing unlock is not charged again. Coupons and rewards are subject to their displayed dates, limits and eligibility; changes to configured rewards do not retroactively change grants already recorded.
Referrals
Referral rewards depend on the campaign’s published rules, qualifying activity and any required verification or review. Self-referrals, duplicate attribution and fraudulent activity are not permitted. Sharing a link does not guarantee a reward. Current amounts and qualification conditions are shown in the referral area.
Submissions and acceptable use
Only submit information you are entitled to share. You allow us to review, edit and display submitted deal information for the marketplace. Do not send spam, impersonate others, exploit coupons or rewards, bypass access restrictions, or attempt to access another person’s data. We may decline or remove inappropriate submissions and restrict misuse.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that third-party offers will remain unchanged. Providers are responsible for their own products and services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
